Welcome to Fixify — a platform designed to connect certified maintenance companies with customers in a fast, transparent, and reliable way.

This guide explains how to register, get approved, and start receiving service requests.

Eligibility Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid UAE trade license (relevant activity)
  • Certified and qualified technicians
  • Ability to respond within agreed SLA (e.g., 2 hours)
  • Commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Compliance with Fixify pricing and operational policies

Preferred

  • Prior experience in maintenance
  • Positive customer reviews / portfolio
  • Ability to handle emergency requests

Registration Process

Step 1: Access Platform

Visit Fixify and click on "Register as a Service Provider"

💡 Make sure you select "Service Provider" not customer.

Step 2: Fill Company Information

  • Company Name
  • Email
  • Trade License Number
  • Mobile Number
  • Country & City
  • Address
  • Years of Experience
Company Form
💡 Ensure all company details match your official trade license to avoid delays or rejection.

Step 3: Select Services

Select the maintenance services your company provides:

  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • AC & HVAC

Step 4: Create Admin Account

  • Admin Full Name
  • Password
  • Confirm Password

Step 5: Submit

Accept Fixify Terms & Conditions and click Submit Registration.

⚠️ You must accept Fixify’s Terms & Conditions to submit your registration. Make sure you review them carefully, as they include important policies related to payments, commissions, and service standards.

Company Onboarding

Overview

After completing your registration, you will be redirected to the onboarding page. To complete your company profile, please finish the following four steps:

  • Company Information
  • Company Location
  • Technicians
  • Verification

Onboarding Process

Step 1: Company Information

Review and update the information you entered during registration.

💡 Ensure all details are accurate and match your official documents to avoid delays.

Click "Save & Continue" to proceed.

Step 2: Company Location

Define your company location and service coverage radius.

Location

Key Considerations

  • Response Time (1–2 hours recommended)
  • Technician Capacity
  • Traffic & Travel Time
  • Service Type (Emergency = smaller radius)
  • Operational Costs
  • Service Quality
👉 Best Practice: Start with a 10–20 km radius, then expand gradually.

Click "Save & Continue".

Step 3: Technicians

Add your technicians with the following details:

  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Skills & Experience
  • Services
  • Profile Image (optional)

💡 Complete technician profiles increase your chances of receiving more service requests.

Click "Save & Continue".

Step 4: Verification

Upload the required documents:

  • Trade License
  • Owner / Manager ID
  • Insurance (optional)
Verification
⚠️ Ensure documents are clear and valid to avoid delays in approval.

Click "Complete Setup".

What Happens Next?

Your application will be reviewed by the Fixify team. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
