Company Registration
Eligibility Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid UAE trade license (relevant activity)
- Certified and qualified technicians
- Ability to respond within agreed SLA (e.g., 2 hours)
- Commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction
- Compliance with Fixify pricing and operational policies
Preferred
- Prior experience in residential or commercial maintenance
- Positive customer reviews / portfolio
- Ability to handle emergency requests
Registration Process
Step 1: Account Creation
Click the link below to access Fixify website:
https://fixifyapps.com
Click on "Register as a Service Provider"
Step 2: Company Information
Fill the registration form with the following details:
- Company Name
- Company Email
- Trade License Number
- Mobile Number
Business Details:
- Company Country (United Arab Emirates)
- City
- Address
- Years of Experience
Step 3: Select Services
Select the maintenance services your company provides:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- AC & HVAC
Step 4: Account Setup
- Admin Full Name
- Create Password
- Confirm Password
Step 5: Submit Registration
Agree to Fixifyโs Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, then click Submit Registration.
What Happens Next?
Once completed, you will be redirected to the onboarding process where you will finalize your company profile in 4 steps.
Company Onboarding
Overview
Once completed, you will be directed to the onboarding page. To finalize your company profile, you will need to complete the following 4 stages:
- Company Information
- Company Location
- Company Technicians
- Verification
Onboarding Process
Stage 1: Company Information
- Upload Company Logo
- Add Company Description (what information you want customers to know about your company)
Once completed, click "Save & Continue" to proceed to Stage 2.
Stage 2: Company Location
In this stage, you need to:
- Specify your company location
- Define your service radius (in kilometers)
Key Considerations
- Response Time: Aim for 1โ2 hours
- Technician Capacity: More technicians = wider coverage
- Traffic & Distance: Consider travel time, not just distance
- Service Type: Emergency services require smaller radius
- Costs: Ensure travel distance is profitable
- Service Quality: Larger radius may reduce quality
Click "Save & Continue" to proceed to Stage 3.
Stage 3: Company Technicians
Add your technicians along with their details:
- Technician Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Skills & Experience
- Services Provided
- Profile Photo (optional but recommended)
Steps inside the screen:
- Add Technician Photo
- Add Skills & Experience
- Select Services
- Click "Add Technician"
After adding all technicians, click "Save & Continue".
Stage 4: Verification
Upload the required documents:
- Trade License
- Owner / Manager ID
- Insurance Document (optional)
Click "Complete Onboarding".
What Happens Next?
Your documents will be submitted to Fixify management for review. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
Stripe Integration
Overview
Fixify partners with Stripe to securely process payments and handle financial transactions between customers and service providers.
To start receiving payments, you must complete your Stripe account setup.
Stripe Account Setup
Step 1: Enter Basic Information
Start by filling in your companyโs legal and business details.
- Legal Business Name (must match trade license)
- Business Name (optional)
- Company Registration Number
- Business Address
- Business Phone Number
- Industry / Business Type
Step 2: Personal Details
Provide the details of the account representative or company owner.
- Full Legal Name
- Email Address
- Job Title
- Nationality
- Date of Birth
- Home Address
Step 3: Business Details
Select your business structure and operating country.
- Country of Operation
- Business Type (Company / LLC)
- Free Zone status (Yes / No)
Step 4: Bank Account (Payout Setup)
Add your bank account details to receive payouts.
- IBAN Number
- Confirm IBAN
Step 5: Review & Submit
Review all provided details carefully before submitting your application.
- Confirm account details
- Agree to Stripe terms
- Submit your application
What Happens Next?
After submitting your information, Stripe will review your account.
- Additional documents may be requested
- Verification usually takes a short time
- Once approved, payouts will be activated
Verification & Activation
After completing the basic setup, you will be redirected back to your Fixify dashboard.
At this stage, your Stripe account will still be incomplete and requires additional verification to activate payouts.
Verification Process
Step 6: Access Stripe Setup from Dashboard
Navigate to Wallet & Payout Settings inside your dashboard.
You will see a message indicating that your account setup is incomplete.
Click "Connect Stripe Account" or "Continue Setup".
Step 7: Identity Verification
Stripe requires identity verification for security and compliance.
Upload a valid government-issued ID:
- Emirates ID (front & back)
- or Passport
Step 8: Upload Business Documents
You will be required to upload company documents based on your business type.
For Individual Establishments:
- Emirates ID (front & back)
- Trade License
- Passport
For Companies:
- Owner ID (front & back)
- Commercial / Trade License
- Passport
- Bank Statement
Step 9: Review Status
After submitting your documents, your account will enter the review phase.
- Stripe account created โ
- Company details submitted โ
- Documents under review โณ
- Payouts activation pending โณ
Step 10: Account Activation
Once your documents are approved:
- Your Stripe account becomes fully active
- Payouts are enabled
- You can start receiving payments
